The Little Italy Mercato is the city market for downtown San Diego residents and visitors with more than 100 booths lining Date Street from Union to our new block of the market just west of Kettner.

Farmers and vendors offer locally grown fruits and vegetables, grass fed beef, fish, eggs, cheese, olive oil, sauces, hummus, tea leaves and coffee beans, fresh-baked bread, peanut butter, flowers and more.

Check out our newest Farmers’ Market at the San Diego Public Market Sunday Farmers’ Market! Open from 9am-2pm, every Sunday. The Public Market is located in the old Frasier Boiler building: 1735 National Avenue.

Farmers and vendors offer a wide variety of abundant and locally grown fruits and vegetables, grass fed beef, locally made sausage, fresh caught fish, eggs, cheese, olive oil, sauces, hummus, tea leaves and coffee beans, fresh-baked bread, flowers and more. Come grab a bite from our food trucks or prepared fish sandwiches, tamales, and sushi chefs!

Providing residents of and visitors to the communities of Pacific Beach, Mission Beach, Bird Rock and beyond with incredible fruits, vegetables and farm-fresh eggs; fresh baked bread and pastries, honey, cheese, fresh flowers, spices, olives and sauces. Meet local farmers, artists and craftspeople, shop for groceries while enjoying the live music and a bite to eat, and mingling with your neighbors.

There’s a whole lot of Hootin’ and Hollerin’ going on at the farmers’ market every Thursday, year-round, rain or shine. Meet your neighbors, try a new taste, enjoy the live music and shop til you drop.

More than 40 farmers and vendors offer locally grown fruits and vegetables, grass fed beef, fish, eggs, cheese and coffee beans, fresh-baked bread and desserts, olive oil and hummus, flowers and more.

Join us to celebrate the fifth anniversary of the Little Italy Mercato Farmers Market at a special ticketed chefs' tasting event on Saturday, June 8 at Amici Park, adjacent to the farmers' market.

A selection of Little Italy's favorite chefs from restaurants including Monello, Davanti Enoteca, The Glass Door, Craft & Commerce, Prep Kitchen Little Italy and more will present dishes inspired by the farm fresh flavors of the Mercato for attendees to enjoy. Adding chefs and dishes daily, watch Little Italy Mercato on Facebook for a full roster!
